📌 Where Do You Ship From?

Our fulfillment centers are based in Vietnam and China, and we dispatch from the closest available location based on your delivery address.

📌 Can I Change My Order After Purchasing?

Yes! You may request modifications within 3 hours of placing your order. Please email us at cs@giftableshop.com with your order number and details.

📌 Do You Ship Internationally?

We deliver to over 200 countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Brazil, and more.

Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, or other restricted zones.

📌 How Can I Track My Order?

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. It may take 3–5 business days for updates to appear.

📌 What’s Your Return & Replacement Policy?

We accept return/replacement requests if:

  • ✅ The item arrives damaged or defective
  • ✅ You receive the wrong product or variant
  • ✅ The order isn’t delivered within 30 days

❌ Returns for change of mind or incorrect orders by customers are not accepted.

Email cs@giftableshop.com within 7 days of receiving your package to start a return.

  • 📸 Photo of the shipping label and tracking code
  • 📦 Image of product or packaging (with SKU) 
  • ❗ Clear close-up showing the issue 
  • 💬 Screenshots of any prior communication (optional)
