Can I update or cancel my order?
- Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes due to our streamlined fulfillment process.
- You may cancel within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, the order enters production.
- No fees apply for cancellations within the timeframe.

- Beyond this, we consider the order as accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless:

- In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Conditions for a refund:
